The UNFCC (The Third Session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change will be held in Kyoto in December 1997. Rengo, at the Central Executive Committee, confirmed its counterplan to the UNFCC that the Japanese Government should demonstrate its leadership for the success of the Conference. |
