Retirement age of 60 should be known (3 April 1998) |
According to the result of a research survey conducted by Rengo, it is unveiled that retirement age of 60 is fully observed in most major enterprises, but is difficult to be achieved in small and medium enterprises. The survey was conducted on Rengo's affiliates and local Rengos as part of the campaign to respond to the enforcement of retirement age of 60 on 1 April 1998. Learning from this result, Rengo requested the Ministry of Labour to take a necessary action to ensure that the enforcement be known across the country. |
