| Local Rengos exchange views on the election of the House of Councillors (27 February 1998) |

On 19 February Rengo held the 2nd Local Rengos Conference in Okinawa. During the Conference, Rengo introduced the points adapted at the 6th Central Executive Committee and representatives from local Rengos discussed and exchanged views on it. The Conference concretely discussed Rengo's organising strategy and the current situation of Shunto or Spring Struggle. Each local Rengo gave a report on the situation how it has been coping with the 18th Election of House of Councillors and submitted relevant demand matters. |
