On December 15 and 16 at a hotel in Fukuoka city, RENGO held a national rally for expanding its organization. Approximately 300 people in charge of organizational affairs actively engaged in topics dealing with individual organizational problems in line with "the 2nd Organization Expansion Plan" which aims to add 700,000 members in 2 years.

Just before the end of the 146th Extraordinary Diet Session on December 14, five thousand people gathered at a hall in Hibiya Park, Tokyo where RENGO held "Central Mass Indignation Rally to Realize RENGO Demands 12/14." This rally was a place for us to lobby Pro-RENGO government parties into letting the Pension Bill die in the next Ordinary Diet session. Further, we will say 'no' to the power of the Liberal Democratic Party, the Liberal Party, and the New Komeito Party coalition with a view to dissolve the Diet and force a General Election.
