On March 31, in the later half of the 2000 Spring Struggle Peak Period, RENGO held a Central Pep Rally to realize its demands and promote settlements.
Approximately 3800 participants gathered at Hibiya Open Air Hall in Tokyo to encourage unsettled and small to mid-sized businesses' unions.
Members swore to fight to the end in these difficult times using the slogan "Show them what we're made of! Hang on till victory !"
